I am a licensed certified general appraiser and real estate broker. I provide valuation services of agricultural properties primarily along the central coast of California. I come from a production agriculture background as a sixth generation cattle rancher from the central coast of California where I assist my family in managing and operating our cattle ranch and vineyard.
I pride myself in utilizing powerful technology to assist in solving complex valuation problems. Such technology includes ESRI Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping software, a smart sales database and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
I am an associate member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and am part of a network of other agricultural professionals throughout the United States. As a member, I adhere to strict ethical standards and continuing education requirements. I am currently working toward obtaining my Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation and utilize the best valuation practices emphasized by the organization.
