Trends in Agricultural Land and Lease Values is the leading resource for rural property value information for California and Nevada. The annual report contains current and historical value information broken down by geographic region as well as editorial background and a statewide summary.
Delivery/Refund Policy – Trends publication orders are processed weekly by the California Chapter, ASFMRA. Orders of 6 or fewer books are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail and are generally delivered in 2 – 3 days. Larger orders are shipped via UPS Ground and are generally delivered in 3 – 5 days. All sales are final and no refunds are given unless books arrive in damaged condition.
