Since 1990, the California Chapter, ASFMRA has been providing land and lease value information on California’s rural properties through its Trends® in Agricultural Land & Lease Values report. In 2009, the state of Nevada was added and in 2014, the California regions expanded to encompass 20 additional counties. Today Trends® is an invaluable resource tool for the agribusiness industry available in both print and electronic formats. It is the only publication that tracks California farmland value ranges based on sale comp data that is confirmed and allocated by ASFMRA-trained appraisers. The California Chapter is intent on providing extensive and accurate land and lease value data for rural properties through this report.
The annual full color publication offers in-depth historical graphs and charts along with commodity information and comprehensive editorial coverage. The data included in the report is compiled by experts who work in the field day-to-day where they experience first hand valuation changes and the reasons behind them. As a widely respected resource for the industry, Trends® is an excellent vehicle to promote your business or service.
